The front desk clerk at check in on the night of December 22nd was deplorable . VERY hostile to the point that we felt she intentionally hit us multiple times with the automated door from her desk. No hospitality, RUDE ! as was the early morning clerk.

The hotel is very clean and up to date. They dont charge for parking, which is a plus.

Features: Single, double-bed, and suites. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Quality complimentary breakfast. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was pretty extensive. There were definitely options for everyone.

The best suite setup I’ve stayed in! The living room had a large sofa and bedroom was big, with very nice bathroom. Good lighting through, felt like home! Graciela, our main housekeeper, was particularly friendly, courteous and accommodating. We had frequent cleanings during our long stay and always had a clean and cozy home to come back to. The amenities such as free hot daily breakfast, gym and small coworking office were super helpful. The location is perfect within east bay - close to SF, Berkeley and Oakland all at once. Bus 57 can be used from nearby bus stops and takes you to cool parts of Oakland, and trans bay bus takes you easily from here to SF Transit Hub comfortably and quickly. Only improvement i would have liked is to have a real oven and a bit more kitchen amenities, like big bowls, a good knife etc

Great room. Got a king suite, kitchen fully stocked with a dishwasher (detergent provided) sink, desk/table, couch with pullout bed, full size refrigerator. Bathroom is big and water pressure was great. Balcony is small buy nice

We are Hyatt members and were upgraded to a very nice suite. Full size fridge, microwave, and dishes. 3 minute walk to train station. There is a $22 parking fee.

Nice hotel...great service, friendly staff. Suite seemed somewhat small, and the couch was strange and uncomfortable. Location is right next to the train station, and we could hear trains going by, but not to a point where it was irritating. Ear plugs and a noise machine were in the room,so the hotel made the trains easy.

The manager gave my Corner suit room away that I paid for a month in advance! She ended up putting me in a standard room that needed some up grades! They refunded me and I went to another hotel!
